Return and Refund Policy

If your product arrives broken or does not arrive at all, send an email to bridgette@lovewitchspells.com and we will fix it right away! Please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Contact us within 30 days of your purchase so we can resolve the issue efficiently. 
• You can choose a refund at full price before shipping or you can exchange the product for one of equal or lesser value.
• Broken or damaged refers only to products that arrived broken or damaged. If possible, document the damage and reach out right away so we can send you a new one!
• Your refund or exchange will be sent your way within one week of hearing from you!
